  • The wig must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

    If you wish to return your wig, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. You can reach us through our designated helpline or email address.
  • Provide your order details, including the order number, product name, and reason for the return. We may request additional information or photos if necessary.
  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  • Carefully package the wig in its original packaging, ensuring it is adequately protected to prevent any damage during transit.
  • Clearly write the provided RAN on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package back to us using a reliable and trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  1. Refund Process:
    Once we receive the returned wig and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the following conditions apply:
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the wig, excluding any original shipping charges.
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons applied to the original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
  1. Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style, color, or size, please contact our Customer Service team. They will assist you in selecting the desired replacement and guide you through the exchange process. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging, including wig accessories, wig caps, or styling products.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items:
    In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective wig, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
